BLACK WOOD LLC ("Black Wood", "we") operates a restaurant and bar, provides event catering and other food services, retails food, drinks and other goods, and acts as an agent in food and beverage trade. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Guests and orders
Name, phone, booking or delivery details, kept for 6 months. Allergy information is used only to prepare your food.
3. Age checks
Staff may check ID before selling alcohol or tobacco; documents are not copied.
4. Catering and suppliers
Business contacts, contracts and event details.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (alcohol and tobacco rules, food safety, tax), legitimate interests (security; cameras marked with signs, kept up to 30 days).
6. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
